These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UNTIL, provided by tiedhearts, Inc.
By using UNTIL, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
UNTIL is a countdown timer designed to help users count down to a specific time of day rather than only measuring a duration.
Features may vary depending on your device, platform, region, and subscription plan.
2. Free and Paid Features
UNTIL may offer free features and paid features, including subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Prices, billing periods, free trials, and available purchase options are displayed before purchase and may vary by platform or region.
3. Billing
Purchases made through an app store are processed by the applicable platform provider and are subject to that provider’s payment and refund rules.
Where subscriptions automatically renew, renewal and cancellation are managed through the applicable platform account settings.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the applicable terms will be shown before you start the trial.
Unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable platform rules, a trial may convert to a paid subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- misuse or interfere with UNTIL;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems;
- reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use UNTIL in violation of applicable law.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that UNTIL will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
7. Alarms and Time-Sensitive Use
UNTIL is intended as a productivity and time-management tool.
You should not rely on UNTIL as the sole alert or timing mechanism for emergencies, medical needs, safety-critical activities, or other situations where failure or delay could cause serious harm.
8. Intellectual Property
UNTIL, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and related content, is owned by or licensed to tiedhearts, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, UNTIL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, tiedhearts, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of UNTIL.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise.
